Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with SKULLCRATE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of products purchased from SKULLCRATE. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.
Returns Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The return request is made within [insert number] days of the purchase date.
- The item is not part of our non-returnable items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, accessories, or items marked as final sale).
- Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
- For hygiene concern, we may refuse return if the product has been worn, soiled or washed.
- Product must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Product sold with the mark of “sale” are not returnable.
- We have a pickup facility for most pin codes. If your area pin-code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return product(s).
- If you have received a defective product, send us images or video at contact@skullcrate.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by our customer experience team the refund will be provided into your bank account and our team will pick the product within 48 hrs after confirmation or you can get your product exchanged for the same design and size.
- Shipping prices are not refundable whether payment is prepaid or cash on delivery
Refund policy
The refund will be initiated once the order has been picked up within 48 hrs from the date your order has been picked, once the product has been inspected and passed through quality inspection
Your refund will reflect as per below-mentioned: –
- NEFT refund will take 2 to 4 working days.
- Payment gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and bank holidays.
- For cash on delivery orders refund will be processed NEFT to the given bank account by you within 2 to 4 working days
Self-ship policy
- We have a pick-up policy for most pin codes. If your area is non-serviceable by our courier partner, then you will have to self-ship the product(s).
- For self-ship please ensure to place a sheet of paper with details of your order id for each product/item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure that a scanned copy of courier bill is shared with us at contact@skullcrate.com within 48 hrs of shipping the product.
The courier bill should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
- It should capture the weight of the return package.
- Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount, and other details should be mentioned.
- The information on the receipt should not be edited or over written.
- The courier charges (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the sender-destination service combination and shall be cross checked with courier company.
- This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
